Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any questions regarding a return at the following address: support@inner-g.eu .

 

Damages and problems .

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

 

Exceptions/non-returnable items .

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers or plants), personalized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges .

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14-day withdrawal period .

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As noted above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds .

We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return, and will notify you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
